Romanian furniture is appreciated all over the world
It covers the entire range of home, office, commercial and school furniture, with styles ranging from modern to classic or vintage.
Romania exports high value-added products
Solid wood is the main component. More than 50% of solid wood furniture is made from beech, but significant amounts are also made from oak, softwood, and other wood species. 90% of Romanian furniture production is exported.
Romanian furniture is made to European standards
It combines traditional woodworking with modern technology and embraces innovations across all production areas, showing a constant interest in digitalization, energy efficiency, sustainability, and circular economy.

This is Romania’s 4th participation in the largest event of its kind in the MENA Region (Middle East and North Africa). The event will take place from May 27 to 29, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre and will bring together over 500 international brands from 40 countries. Romania will be represented by VLAdiLA, SIMEX, Mozea, Erisse, Antares, Amik Wooden Toys, Industry Transilvan, Lignum, Luiss, Large Globes, Art Georgies, and Catrinel Săbăciag. Romanian brands have prepared stunning collections of furniture, unique interior decorations, and art pieces to captivate visitors at INDEX Dubai.
